Member of the Luxembourg Valuation Professionals Association (LVPA) and the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA).

We work by International Financial Reporting Standards - IFRS, International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines (IPEV), International Valuation Standards (IVS) and Luxembourg GAAP.

We have experience providing services based on European Union legislation on the AIF and UCITS Directive (for open-ended and closed-ended pension funds).

We confirm that we are independent of the Funds and their affiliated entities.
We declare that our interests do not conflict with the interests of the funds or the interests of the participants managed by the Funds.
We confirm that we are a company specializing in providing valuation services for assets of investment funds, including open-ended and closed-ended funds, bonds, debt portfolios, companies, and corporations, including limited liability companies.

By the Alternative Investment Fund Management Act of 12 July 2013, we declare that MGW CCG has the qualifications and capabilities of an external valuer to carry out a proper and independent valuation, including, but not limited to, evidence of:

sufficient human and technical resources,
adequate procedures to ensure a proper and independent valuation,
good knowledge and understanding of the AIF's investment strategy and of the assets that the external valuer is to value,
sufficient reputation and experience in the field of valuation.
